Currently, we’re looking for a Process Analyst for a permanent contract in Brussels.
How you will make a difference
You will help us to ‘finance change to change finance’, by improving the processes and procedures of Triodos Bank so that the all co-workers can do their work effectively and create even more positive impact.
Next to documenting processes and making them available to the entire organisation, you will :
- Ensure that process maps are in line with a set of internal guidelines and standards.
- Analyse business processes, procedures, and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement or harmonisation.
- Collate and analyse data on the processes using different tools, methods, and formats.
- Resolve queries from internal co-workers by providing information on processes.
- Support the maintenance and implementation of the Process Management Framework, including the Process Architecture.
- Develop and deliver process management training and awareness sessions.
- Support the implementation of our new Business Process Management tool.

Furthermore, it is desirable that you have:
- Strong connection with the values and mission of Triodos Bank
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in Process management.
- Practical knowledge of tools and methodologies such as BPMN, Lean and/or Agile
- A completed higher/academic education (or demonstrable working and thinking level).
- Knowledgeable regarding BPM tooling, internal control systems and Process Architecture.
- A good command of Dutch, French and English
Your future colleagues
You will be part of the international Process Management & Continuous Improvement team, which consists about 15 people and report into the Head of Process Management & Continuous Improvement.
