Senior Relationship Manager Investment – Business Banking

Currently, we're looking for a Senior Relationship Manager Investment.

How you will make a difference

You will help us to ‘finance change to change finance’

• You will support clients in all aspects of Triodos Bank's savings and investment products, be they companies, organisations or public authorities.
• You will establish a long-term relationship with clients, built upon trust, and you will act as their direct contact within the bank.
• You will identify business opportunities and transform them into sales by attracting new clients. In doing this, you will help contribute to Triodos Bank's continued expansion into the Belgian market.
• You will represent Triodos Bank at events aimed at specific target groups, occasionally in the evenings and on weekends.

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Business Banking.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• You hold a master's degree and have relevant professional experience in private banking.
• You are client-oriented, and can easily establish contacts and identify sales opportunities in a professional manner. Prospecting for new clients inspires and motivates you.
• You are jointly responsible for developing and implementing the financial strategy and objectives of the Business Banking department.
• You are meticulous, efficient and resilient to stress, and you are able to manage several projects at the same time and successfully complete them.
• You are a positive person for whom failure (in prospecting, for example) is seen as an opportunity to learn and progress.
• You are able to work independently and you show initiative.
• You are also capable of working as part of a team.
• You will be happy to provide guidance on savings and investments to the Impact Relationship Managers in the Business Banking department.
• You will actively collaborate with your Relationship Managers Investment colleagues in the Personal & Private Banking sales departments.
• You have an excellent grasp of either Dutch or French in order to prospect and follow up with your clients, and you have a good knowledge of the other national language and English.
• You are interested in the areas in which Triodos Bank is active.
• You will be meeting clients at Triodos' offices and visiting them at home, so having a valid driving licence is essential.
