Today, we are looking for a Relationship Manager to oversee our portfolio of mortgage loan clients.

How will you make a difference?

You are responsible for a portfolio of individual clients who have chosen Triodos for their mortgage loan.

• You identify business opportunities for savings and investment within the portfolio of clients who have a mortgage loan with Triodos, and you convert these opportunities into sales. In this way, you contribute to the continued growth of Triodos Bank in the Belgian market.
• You maintain a strong relationship with clients who have a mortgage loan with Triodos, understand their specific needs, and advise them when they request changes to their existing loan, thanks to your expertise in mortgage lending and your holistic approach. You then submit these requests to the appropriate bodies.
• You regularly analyze the mortgage loan portfolio as well as the mortgage market, identify potential risks, and, if necessary, implement remediation plans (review of the "Sector Risk Analysis").
• You are also responsible for serving a selection of clients, often the most complex cases (arrears, forbearance, default), asking them to regularize their situation and, if necessary, implementing a recovery strategy in consultation with the back-office service provider.
• You manage relationships with internal stakeholders, particularly with the Product and Process Management and Marketing departments, to support your sales efforts for savings and investment products.
• You manage relationships with internal control bodies (mainly Credit Risk and Internal Audit) and external bodies (statutory auditor and regulators).

Profile

To succeed in this position:

• You are fluent in French or Dutch, and have a good knowledge of the other national language as well as English.
• You hold at least a bachelor’s degree.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the field of mortgage lending.
• You are client-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a team.
• You demonstrate strong analytical abilities, work with precision, and have excellent execution skills.
• You are not afraid to express your opinions and are able to support them with clear arguments.
• You share and embrace the values and mission of Triodos Bank.
• Finally, you value the importance of an inclusive and diverse workplace.
